Deliveries And Payments

What are the delivery days for my area?

First of all you need to create to create an account with Quality Centre Food Services at (02) 9748 6633 You will be asked your postcode to confirm that we deliver to your area.

Every day of the week there are designated deliveries for certain areas.

We deliver Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm.

Delivery schedule

Monday: Western Sydney; CBD; Inner West

Tuesday: North Sydney; Northern Beaches; Inner West

Wednesday:South Sydney; CBD; Inner West

Thursday: Eastern Suburbs; North West Sydney

Friday: CBD; Inner West

Orders placed by email, phone or fax need to be received no later than 1pm on the day before the requested delivery.



Is there a minimum order?
The minimum order is $150.

Is there a delivery charge?
We do not charge delivery fees for orders valued at $150 or over.

How is my order packed?
Your order is prepared by the packing team in the Quality Centre warehouse in Sydney. 

Can I change the delivery day?
Once your order has been processed an invoice is generated and you will not be able to change the date. To discuss special circumstances, please contact Customer Service on (02) 9748 6633.

How can I relay special requests?
If you have special requests or instructions, please email orders@qualitycentre.com.au or phone (02) 9748 6633, Monday - Friday, 8.30am-5pm.

What if there is/are items missing?
Please check the invoice (handed to you by the driver) to see if there is any incorrect or missing item. The driver will ask you to print your name and sign a copy of the invoice. With the signature you confirm the collection and accuracy of your goods. 

What if I find that an item has been substituted?
In the event where we do not have a product available, we will try to notify you of the closest substitute. If for any reason you are unable to use the product, please email orders@qualitycentre.com.au or phone 9748 6633, Mon - Fri, 8.30am-5pm. We will gladly to discuss with you any requests regarding the products in question.

Can I return a product?
No claims or credits will be recognised unless we are notified within 24 hours of date of delivery. Returns will only be accepted subject to approval by an authorised officer of Quality Centre Food Services.

Can I receive an order on a public holiday?
Deliveries are generally not made on the following public holidays: New Year's Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, Anzac Day, Christmas Day; Boxing Day;



Payment

Unless a credit application has been approved all goods must be paid for on delivery.

A credit application account must be completed and approved in writing by Quality Centre Food Services Pty Ltd before goods will be supplied on credit.

Trading on a credit account will be immediately suspended and deliveries will be put on hold if the account is not maintained in accordance with the approved terms of trade.



Payment Methods

EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) or cheque - based on an ongoing account (based on your credit application approval).

Cash or Credit Card (VISA; MASTERCARD; BANKCARD ONLY) - On delivery
